Royce served as Partner/Consultant with many of the most renown executive search firms in the world (CTPartners/DHR/Heidrick & Struggles) where he worked closely with executives in both cutting edge organizations to the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world.  In addition to his work in executive recruiting, he was a senior leader at many of the most respected companies (Head of Operations for Samsung/Cheil Americas, Senior Roles at The Boston Consulting Group and A.T. Kearney, Regional Head of Executive Recruiting Goodyear). 

Royce has supported nonprofit organizations his entire life.  From being a nurse's aid in high school at San Diego Pomerado Hospital, running fundraisers for orphanages, college prep workshops for high school students, to assisting students of socially economically challenged situations on preparing careers, board member at a charter school, visiting lecturer  NYU on career preparedness, Royce has continued to make efforts to better society and bring support to those that seek help.  

Royce completed his first degree in Economics at UCLA and his Masters in International Business Administration at Yonsei University.
